All students, employees, contractors and other Rowan University affiliates are required to enroll in Duo two-factor authentication. You must enroll in Duo before you can access your Rowan Network account for the first time or update your password.

Using this site you may complete any of the following tasks:

  • Obtain your Rowan Network Username and Password for the first time.
  • Change or reset your Rowan Network password.
  • View your RowanCard Information
  • Register for Rowan Connect SMS Messages
  • Reset your Self-Service Banner PIN
  • Reset your Internet Native Banner PIN (Employees only)
  • Increase your Exchange quota (Employees only)
